Consultation
We talk through your request: the room, what is not working, how your household uses it and what you want changed. This is the time to raise anything you must keep or cannot live with.
Assessment
We check the existing room: dimensions, plumbing positions, ventilation, the condition of the floor and walls, and any signs of past water damage. That way the plan is based on what is really there.
Design

Quote
Once the scope is defined, the quote is written against that design. You are looking at a price for the room you discussed and agreed on, not a rough guess from a photo.

No, the quote is free. It comes after consultation, assessment and design, so it reflects your actual room rather than a general estimate.
I only have a leaking shower. Is this the right page?

Do I need a budget figure before I ask?
No. A rough range helps guide design choices, but plenty of people start without one. The consultation is where scope and priorities get sorted out.
I have not chosen tiles or fixtures yet. Is that a problem?
